Almost all properties we list are located in the Pampa, the green and fertile Pampa Humeda of Buenos Aires Province (Argentina) and Uruguay, the Polo heartland, a heaven for raising horses with mild climate and natural pasture year round.
Distance to Polo locations like Buenos Aires, Montevideo/Carrasco, Punta del Este is in the 1-3h drive range.
Though we only exceptionally list properties that have existing Polo facilities, most ranches can quiete easily be converted into a stud, or maybe even more appropriately run as a combination of agricultural estate, generating income from agriculture and cattle, and Polo ranch.
